   Proposal Description:
   Our goal will to determine 1) whether the association we found  between depression and MCI hold up with a larger data set, 2) examine any possible interaction between depression and APOE4 in predicting transition to a worse state (eg, normal to MCI), and finally the examine whether there is a correlation between plaques and tangles and depression among the subset of subjects with autopsy.
